It's beginning to feel a lot like like Christmas! The holiday markets are in full swing and the temperatures are dropping. Thankfully no serious snow yet here in Grand Bend to report! This time of year is a great period to reflect on the year that was and plan for the year ahead. Having so much to be thankful for especially being able to call Canada home!

It's The Season Of Giving Back!
2nd Annual Food Drive Results
Our 2nd Annual Food Drive put on in partnership with Green Bucks Country Christmas Store was another great success thanks to all of you that participated with either non-perishable food, toys and monetary donations. We always love giving people a reason to participate so once again we raffled off a $200 gift card to Green Bucks Country Christmas Store to one lucky participant. We will be doing this again next year over the month of November so keep an eye out on our social accounts (instagram & facebook) for updates. |

Children's Miracle Network DonationYou may not know but the RE/MAX network in North America is tightly connected with the local Children's Hospitals. Every year many RE/MAX agents contribute a portion of their earnings to their local Children's Hospital. We are lucky enough to have our local Children's Hospital so close in London! This is a tradition that Doug Pedlar started in 1989 and that Mark and Garrett are excited to continue! To date RE/MAX agents across USA & Canada have donated nearly $200 million towards Children's Miracle Hospitals in North America. |

2023 Edition It doesn't come to a big suprise that Lambton Shores ranked so well in the Most Liveable Cities In Canada! What does come as a surprise is that they consider us a city?!?! I have always referred to this area as towns. Guess we learn something new everyday!

Housing Market Outlook
Canadians’ outlook on home ownership remains positive, according to a new report from RE/MAX Canada, despite challenging market conditions in 2023, including a persistent housing shortage, and a tricky interest rate environment. According to the RE/MAX 2024 Housing Market Outlook Report, the majority of Canadians (73 per cent) are confident that home ownership is the best investment, a sentiment that remains unchanged year-over-year. Looking ahead, the RE/MAX network of brokers and agents expects the market to be slightly more active in 2024, with national average residential sale prices likely to increase by 0.5 per cent and 61 per cent of regions surveying anticipating unit sales to increase in 2024.
