Great report that shows that New Listings and Sales for the first quarter has increased, except for the lakefronts north of Grand Bend. But the good news is the year over Average Sales Price has increase from 5-15% in most areas with the lakefronts increasing the most, over $100,000 in Grand Bend and north!
