Its A Winter Wonderland To Start December!   Hope everyone is staying warm at home today as the snow continues to come down in Grand Bend and area. If your out on the roads make sure to take it easy and leave some extra time for the drive. Crazy to think we are already in December and even though we spent a couple months in lockdown that some how the year still flys by before we know it. This holiday season is certainly going to be a strange one compared to what we are use to. Thankfully for technology our friends and family are only a call away and make sure to call everyone on the list as this year has been a difficult and stressful time for everyone. RE/MAX 2021 National Housing Outlook   RE/MAX Canada is anticipating healthy housing price growth in 2021, with move-up and move-over buyers continuing to drive activity in many regions across the Canadian housing market. An ongoing housing supply shortage is likely to continue, presenting challenges for homebuyers and putting upward pressure on prices. Canada is officially the most desirable place to live on Earth, as the new data has revealed where people from around the world want to relocate to the most. Financial services provider Remitly conducted the research using Google search data to discover where each country wants to move to the most. Canada is the number one location people are looking to relocate to, having topped the wish-lists of 30 other countries.
